Like in the majority of the gemstones, color is the most important quality of the sapphires and the one that has more value. Color gets examined with a naked eye and the jewelers observe the hue, the tone and the saturation. Sapphires may have different tones and still have great quality, which depends on it’s valuation on the AAA scale.
